Three Pro and five Pro 2.  Basestation is "offline" with amber light flashing.  My internet connection is perfect.  I can even watch my cameras LIVE through a browser but when I try to access the base station settings the whole operation shuts down and says it's offline.  Cameras have not been recording motion.  

 

It's been like this for nearly two days.  I tried the trouble shooting tips all the way through, short of a hard reset because frankly I'll return it before i re-sync all my cameras.

Factory reset worked. I'm returning all my pro 2 cameras to Costco. The base station can't handle 8 cameras.

When using more than 5 cameras there are a couple things to note. You would need a subscription plan to support beyond 5 cameras (Premier or Elite) and the base station will support simultaneous streaming of a maximum of 5 cameras.
