I have Arlo Base Station VMB4500 and cameras linked with it. Suddenly the base station started blinking amber few days back, and after unsuccessful restart tries (unplug network, unplug power) I finally did factory reset.
Now I have major issue. The base station will come online, light is solid blue, but app wont find it when trying to reinstall the devices. None of the advices in the help works, I have tried reconnecting network, rebooting, but the app keeps saying the device is offline. What happened here?
interestingly if I unplug the router complety, the light stays solid blue in the base station. So its not really indicating if it is online or not…
I have not done any firmware updates etc, and now that I cannot access the hub I cannot aee if one would be needed.
anything else to do than look for better eq

Have you removed the base station from the account now that the base has been factory reset?
When you did the factory reset had the base led start flashing.
Have you tried using a pc web browser to add the Base again, login in to arlo website my.arlo.com with a pc connected to the local network router Ethernet port.
