Trying to add HomeKit with vmb4000 getting “unable to add accessory message”. Understand through community I need a token sent to correct. How do I get this?

Are you using the HomeKit process that is embedded within the arlo app Base station settings menu?
A HomeKit token reset of the base station can be made by a arlo moderator here on the forum or via arlo customer support.

Yes, I am using the iPhone arlo app and doing the setup through my device settings/base station/ HomeKit.

How do I get a moderator to do a token reset? I don’t have a subscription so I guess I’m not eligible for Arlo support through the app.

Just ask here. If you use a different account for posting than your arlo account, then include the serial number of the base you want the token for.
If you post it in the main forum, then tag the mods ( @JamesC , @BrookeN , @ShayneS ). Or use the private message (PM) feature - clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
