recently my camera stopped recording and even showing live video and is powered by a solar panel so battery is not the issue. it's showing "activity zones are currently disabled. reconnect the power source." not sure why this happened and would appreciate any input or suggestions.

Can you double-check the camera model?
For Pro 3 and newer cameras: Recording and activity zones on battery (or solar) power require a subscription. If you have one of these, then your subscription likely expired.
But that wouldn't apply to the Pro 2.
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
