Arlo app logs me out and when I try to log back in, gives "Your Request Timed Out".

Never experienced this before:  the Arlo App logged me out and when I try to log back in, I immediately get "Your Request Timed Out".

 

What the heck does it means?  Is it a server issue?  It doesn't do any good if you can't see your cameras.  It may force people to get other camera brands for overlapping security.

What phone device and iOS/Android version are you using and running? Have you tried rebooting your phone device?

Actually, found out the reason was that Arlo App had disconnected from the internet. I think the message didn’t accurately describe the problem.
