Arlo support will set the schedule between sat & sun and mon thru Friday but it still does not work!

Can you provide a little detail on how you have your schedule setup, possibly a screenshot?

It doesn't matter how you try to schedule, the schedule itself is junk, just like the whole Arlo system, what a scam!

The schedule works fine. SOunds like you're having an issue understanding the system and how to configure it. My preference is to use a web browser to set the schedule - just works better.
