Why is the uploading of my videos taking so long? They have been getting a lot worse since I bought this product. When I try and view my videos it just spins and spins. I have to close the app completely and re-open it to make it work. I have 6 cameras and two security lights. This system is very poorly engineered.

It doesn't sound like the uploading is the problem. The longer the video, the longer it takes to upload, however, although it really shouldn't be more than a few seconds.
Since you can force close the app and reopen it to see the videos, it would seem to be a local issue. Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Is it any different if you're on WiFi or cell service?
