I've had my Arlo Pro 2 camera system for about 3 months. One of my cameras was running off AC power only (without a battery inserted). Recently the camera kept went off-line and it appeared it did not have power. I tried other power cables and it would not come on. I inserted a pre-charged battery and now it is working, but will not charge when a power cable is inserted. It appears to me the camera will no longer accept AC power.
