Mr Arlo Pro 2 base station has been offline since yesterday 30th March 2019. The 3 lights are showing on the base station but my app is saying the base station is not properly connected and not online

Anyone with this same issue?

Thank you all

I had to reset the base station and sync all my devices again

All of mine are online.  Four Pro bases, one standard base and on MR1100 LTE router.

 

Are you on the same wireless network as the base or are you remote from the location?  Have there been any changes to your router or firewall?

 

Perhaps the usual “reboot everything that boots” will clear it up.  It appears the base is talking to the internet and presumably so is your mobile device, so it is something odd like blocked traffic of some particular type, perhaps.

Since all the LEDs are green, the system is up and working. You can try rebooting the base but also log out and back into the app or force close and log in. Try a computer browser, too.
