I have two problems:  

 

1.  Our batteries are charged.  Yet, my website says they need charging.  Why is this happening and how can I solve this problem.

 

2.  The cameras do not allow for me to turn them on.  It did at one time, now no cameras do.  How can I solve this problem?

Are you using the app or the browser to turn them on?

 

Also, can you clarify that you mean turning them on from the camera device settings?  As opposed to arming them, or livestreaming them?

I guess I mean live streaming or the photos in the library.  I can’t see what the cameras see when we returned from our vacation.
