Arlo Pro 2 won't record motion. Tried deleting camera and adding back and removing battery.

My camera stopped recording Sept. 3, 2020. Ive taken the battery out , putit back in . Nothing ....
I deleted the canera , added it back to the base .
Nothing ....
Ive resynced it twice if not three times .
Nothing .
Took the battery out three more times put back in .
Nothing .
Is this a bad camera . It was working just fine until Sept 3 . Bought it back on Dec 2019.
What should i do next ?

Are you using a custom mode? When removing and resyncing you must add a rule for the camera into any custom mode again. Only the Armed mode automatically gets a rule.

If that's not the problem, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for possible faulty hardware.
