Hi, can someone please help?  I've had the Arlo camera system for a few years now and very happy with it. I've recently upgraded to the Pro 2 with 3 cameras. Once I set it up, I added 2 original 720p cameras, making it a 5 camera set up. Subscription has always been free for up to 5 cameras. Now, I've purchased two more Arlo Pro 2 cameras (For a small fortune) to replace the 720p ones, still making it a 5 camera set up. Problem is, Arlo are asking me to sign up on a plan, meaning I cannot install the other two Pro 2 cameras. It's always been free for up to 5 cameras. What's changed? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Val

If you're replacing cameras, be sure to remove those being replaced before syncing the new ones. That way you're still using only 5 cameras.
