My Arlo Pro 2 has been stoping recording (live view is normal) and no blue light on as the other Arlo Pro 2.

Arm the cameras and then go to live view screen...verify that the 'running man' over the camera is black, not gray

Armed the cameras and then go to live view screen. ‘Running Man’ over the camera is grey and the other normal one is black.
Did re-sync the camera already.

Which mode did you use? The Armed mode automatically has all cameras in it while a custom mode needs a rule to be inserted for each one.
BTW, removing a camera from Setting, My Devices also removes any rule for that camera that already exists. Resyncing it will add it back into Armed but no others.
