Pixelation

Hi everyone.

Getting a white type pixelation which dances across the top of live view and recordings. Also a vertical type thread which runs top to bottom. Is the camera on it's way out? Done really well if it is. Thanks.

It could be a camera hardware failure.  Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery?

If that fails, I guess you could also try removing the camera from the account and then re-adding it.  Though there is some risk doing that - several have run into problems re-adding legacy cameras to their account.

Removing the battery and reinserting didn't solve it.

But, removing the camera and re-adding it did. Pixelation gone. Thanks for your help.
