Arlo Pro 2 went offline and I removed battery and resynced. Now detects motion but won't record.

I have an Arlo 2 system. A camera went offline, charged, but didn't function until I removed the battery and re-synced it. Now it's detecting motion and gives alerts, but it's not recording. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you remove the camera and resync it? You'll have to re-add the camera to any custom modes.
