When I preview my camera, it shows striping. If I view it live, it will take a moment, but does eventually go back to normal. Any thoughts as to what is happening? I have 4 cameras and 2 do this. The one camera does it the most. I have rebooted the whole system with no results.

The video bitstream is corrupted - most likely packet loss on the connection between the camera and the base.
You can try swapping cameras - that will let you determine if the problem is linked to the location or the camera. Most likely it is the location. If does turn out to be the case, you can either try moving the base station (or the cameras), or deploy an additional base station.
Signal strength indications are useful, but there's more to the connection quality than just the signal strength.
