I live in a high density WiFi area, and some of the strongest consumer grade WiFi has trouble staying connected. My router WiFi has a hard time keeping up.  I have a question about using Arlo as a Security system.

Is there an option for network-wired (non-wireless only) outdoor arlo cameras? The reason is the wifi would likely keep dropping. Additionally, criminals these days can carry wifi jammers, rendering the WiFi cameras (even local recording) without recording.

Second, if power over ethernet (PoE) is not available, please add this to the next Arlo camera hardware.  In the market today, you need to have backups, and one of the most attractive features of the Arlo implementation is the local recording.

Looking forward to the first answer.

Not at this time, only the Q Plus has the option for ethernet feed over wifi and it's not rated for outdoor

It is for the above cam only
