Arlo Pro 2 videos are being deleted in one day. How to recapture lost video?

I have the basic plan which should save my videos for 7 days. However, my videos are being deleted in 1 day.. Is there a way to recapture lost video?

You could use a USB stick to have copies saved on the stick, and no once they are gone they are gone. Make sure they are not still on the calendar they could be still their, check the Filter setting.
