Arlo Pro 2 won't power up

Arlo Pro 2 camera won't power up (no light, etc) when fully charged battery is inserted.  Have tried multiple batteries that work in other cameras with no result.

Have you tried the supplied USB cable with power adapter ? If that fails contact support
