Arlo Pro 2 unable to connect to speaker through Balckberry. "Please wait" indicated

I have tried to speak through my Blackberry through the camers, whuch I can hear conversation from. For some reason I can not reply. When I press the speaker all I get is a "please wait". Not sure what to do. I had the folks at Arlo try them and they worked for them. Not even on my lap top. It says get Firefox and try again??

Is there anyone out there that has solved this?  Thanks

Not sure if this is the case for you but a lot of people with the same problem, not being able to speak into your phone and have it come out the camera speaker, have found that the app didn't have permission to access the phone's microphone. Enabling it seemed to work, otherwise uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, installing the app and giving relevant permissions at the time of installation seems to work. Good luck
