Hi everybody,

I just got my Arlo Pro 2 wireless system and have it mostly set up. The problem I am having is even though I sent the hubs an invite and it has been accepted, it does not seem to recognize his phone on the geofencing mode. Any help out there? Thanks.

Can you try using the same login account on both mobile devices to see if it will work this way. Ensure that you toggle the arlo geofencing settings for enabled devices off then on at the same time on both mobile devices in sequence. Ensure you have given the app permission to run in background and that location is enabled as always during the app installation.

If it works ok this way then try using your friends invite.
