On the web portal, all of my cameras are listed.  Some work fine and some don't reflect the current status and they are non-responsive.  For example, one camera that is on and functioning properly shows to be turned off on the portal.  I can't manage it from the portal.  They all work ok from my iPhone app.  They used to all work ok on the portal.  I haven't changed my PC, routers or any other hardware.  This started about 6 months ago.  I've rebooted and done all the normal things to try and get it to to work.

Try clearing the browser cache and the cookies for my.arlo.com.

You can test this by launching an incognito/private window, and log into my.arlo.com from there.

Cleared the cache & cookies for my.arlo.com, still didn't work.  It did appear to work in incognito mode.

Since it works in incognito mode, try disabling extensions one at a time. I recently had an issue that was cured by doing so (turned out that I had an extension that disabled HTML5 autoplay that needed specific site configuration).
