Arlo Pro 2 purchased in 2020 cameras not recording all motion

We purchased an Arlo Pro 2 camera in 2020 to monitor my grandmother in her room at her assisted living facility. There are four cameras but we have only been using three the past year. Two are plugged in constantly and one is on battery. The battery one doesn't record anything (I think because it's not plugged in?) but the other two do and we haven't had any issues until recently. We had to unplug the cameras and set them back up with a Verizon hot spot for internet at a nursing home my grandmother was temporarily moved to. When we moved her back to her apartment in the assisted living facility and set the cameras back up on the facility internet, we started noticing there are large gaps of time with motion that are not being recorded; sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 3 hours. She is not doing well and having access to all motion on the cameras is critical but we can't figure out why it's not working as it always has.
I've done countless on-line troubleshooting searches but nothing I find applies to us. We don't have any support plan so I can't even call or email Arlo to ask for help. There's not motion settings on our cameras to adjust. Everything has recently been unplugged and reset. The firmware is current. I'm out of ideas. I would just like to know if there's something we can do to fix this issue or if the cameras just need to be replaced because they're 4 years old?
Any ideas would be most appreciated!

To speak with official support you can purchase a single camera monthly plan and then use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to speak with that support team. Cancel the sub when finished.
Screenshots of the cameras' views may be useful. What are the distances for the various cameras to the desired subject(s)? There are motion settings to be adjusted in your modes and rules - check for the Motion Sensitivity setting.
