Hi
We just got a new desktop. Both of our base stations show up on internet connections as does our modem/wifi combo and all of the neighbors' systems. We entered password for our secure modem/wifi and am connected. But why does our printer and both Arlo bases list separately now in that list? And are they secure? Don't like people knowing what systems we are running.
What do you suggest? The base stations asked for passwords when I tried to connect with them.

The arlo base station creates a separate wifi channel to connect directly to the arlo cameras. It is a closed network with cameras only able to access. It usually matches the same wifi channel as the local router’s wifi to minimise interference.
The printer would have it’s own wifi for direct printing. Usually password protected but you should check it has password protection enabled in it’s settings.

ok Thanks. We direct wired printer to tower and did not enable wifi settings on it, so we should be good.
