I have an Arlo Pro 2 system and have one of the cameras connected to the approved Arlo power supply. It no longer recognizes it and therefore won't charge. My question is can I change my outlet to one with the integrated USB port as well as the 110v and have the camera charge. I found some receptacles that have 4.8w USB output. TIA

To charge the pro2 cameras you need to use the Qualcomm USB charger or equivalent that charges with a higher voltage.
If you use a 4.8v USB it may run the camera but will not charge the battery. Some generic 5v USB adapters may not work at all since the camera wants to see 5.1v to run while recording at night.
