Bought a wire free setup with base and 3 cameras yesterday. Have not had single one sync. I have followed the basic troubleshooting steps, changing batteries, on/off, add/remove base, factory reset etc. I have trawlled through the community posts and gone as far as changing some of my router settings but am having no luck. I see posts about faulty cameras but I would find it extremely disappointing to have an entire set faulty. If anyone one can share some light on my situation that be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you haven't claimed the base yet. What are the LEDs on the base showing? Is the base listed in your account? If not, use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Then camera syncing should work.

As above, you should see the ( left side ) first - Power and second -Internet leds light first...then sync.
Remember its a quick press on the base sync button ( not hold ) and then the cam
