Good day. Hope someone can help.  Have one camera of three that shows live feed but not recording. No issues with other cameras.  Read most of threads on subject and followed all the suggestions, ie remove battery, resynced camera and base. Still not resolved. Any other suggestions out there?? Thank you in advance.

What is the motion icon for that camera showing - should be black, not gray.  Check your active mode. You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.

Motion icon is black. Had already removed camera from settings, resynced, and resynced base too. Still no recording and no alerts.

If a reboot of the base doesn't help, open a case with support for a possible bad camera:
