Video captured at night results in a dark gray video image where it's almost impossible to see anything in the video. Previously this was not the case and the night vision seemd to adequately compensate for a low light condition. Night vision is in the "ON" position and I have toggled it off and on to see if video quality improves but that has no impact. Any ideas of what the issue is?

When you look into the camera in the dark, can you see the IR (red) LEDs turn on with motion activation? Is there anything obstructive the IR LEDs?

Steve, yes I can see the red LEDs turn on. No obstruction.

Have you tried removing the battery and reinserting it? Is the video fine during the day with adequate light?

I haven't tried that. I'll do it and check tonight and report back. Thanks for the suggestion.

i removed battery and reinstalled. No improvement on night video quality. Seems to work fine during daylight hours.

Post a screenshot or a link to a video for both daytime and night.
