Arlo Pro 2 library playback does not rotate in iPhone 12

Previously worked fine on the same iPhone. Just noticed that today the screen in the library playback is missing functionality to rotate to full screen horizontally.

My Arlo app is up to date 3.8 (3443) and was released on 10/17/22. I have also tried exiting and restarting the app.

Any suggestions?

FWIW, the video rotates on my iPhone 12 mini.  Do other apps rotate?  If not, double-check that portrait lock wasn't accidentally set on the control center screen.

Yep I checked that portrait lock wasn't on.

So I updated my IOS to 16.1 and the problem is fixed.
