Arlo Pro 2 device adding issue

Hi ! I am trying to add Arlo Pro 2 cameras to my base station , but this appeared "The device does not exist. " ...Anyone can help ?

Can you post a screen shot?

Any idea whether the message referred to the base or whether it referred to the camera?
