Hey all. I have noticed that the night vision on my Arlo Pro 2 has really gotten dim lately. After trying the usual troubleshooting steps (power cycle, toggle night vision settings), I looked online and see this is a bit of an issue with the P2.
The device is well outside any warranty window. Is there any solution? Are there any repairs that can be made? Did people just scrap them (or put them in a place where night mode was not needed)?

I haven't seen that (at least not here, and not with my own Pro 2s).

Perhaps start by making sure the camera face is clean, so that the IR spotlight leds are not being blocked/dimmed.
If you haven't tried removing/reinserting the camera battery (to reboot the camera), then give that a try too.
If it is one or more burned out IR LEDs, then they cannot be repaired. But you could get an inexpensive IR floodlight to cover the camera's field of view.
