Arlo Pro 2 cameras with solar panels. One of the cameras is not charging

Hi.

I have Arlo Pro 2 cameras with solar panels. One of the cameras is not charging. I tried unplugging the solar panel and recharged the battery directly to the home ac outlet. Please let me know what to do.

Swap batteries around and try charging to see if it's the camera or battery.
