Hello dear, since i'm not able (due to unexpected error) to send an email to support team I want to ask you..
Last Friday after a hailstorm one of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras is no longer works (it is 7th months old).
It has a crack near the opening button and from the app it is offline.
After several attempts, it deletes it from my account to re-enter it. Unfortunately, synchronization using the app and by the web-page does not work. The battery has been fully charged, when I insert it the night vision IR LEDs flash, if I press SYNC the blue LED starts flashing; but synchronization never ends.
How can I add the camera back to my base station? what other functioning tests can i do? Is it normal for an outdoor device to be damaged after a storm?
CAMERA VERSION H6
CAMERA FRIMWARE 1.125.14.0_34_1189
BASE STATION VERSION VMB4500r2
BASE STATION FRIMWARE 1.16.2.5_3408_62dfaa0
Thank you

Since it may be a hardware issue caused by the storm, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. If offered email, don't bother - it simply doesn't work. Use chat or phone.
