Arlo pro 2 blinking blue and Amber will not sync

Not a good omen unfortunately. Means the camera is in the middle of an firmware update but has failed.

 

 I can’t say I have ever seen anyone get this resolved.

If reinserting the battery doesn't clear it, the camera is toast.
