I have been using Arlo Pro 2 cameras for about 5 years. I always had free 7 day recording history and could view live anytime. Last week I lost use of all camera function. It stated subscription had expired, but I never had a subscription. I cannot view anything with the cameras. I can however view live with the doorbell camera, but this uses wifi directly without going thru home base. There is no way to communicate with ARLO except virtual chat which doesn't help.

How long have you had the doorbell?
Try removing the doorbell from the account to see if the 7days free storage returns. Add it back again to use.
The subscription requirements is based on your account cameras not the base station.
