Can not log into Arlo using 2 step verifacation

First it's not my brazer or my anti virus software. I can not log in because arlo doesn't send emails. I hate the 2 step authorization. It doesn't work & I want to get ride of it. It states just log in BUT I CAN"T. The contact button doesn't work. Are they out of business? Time to dump them.
