I bought the Arlo Pro 2 with 2 cameras and like the rechargeable battery idea, but like many of you I would much rather not deal with re charging batteries. Has anyone used the 20 foot Wasserstein power cable? And if so, does it damage the camera after awhile or is it safe? I’ve read a bunch of things where it’s safe and where it could damage, just want more info before i do it. Thanks

Some users have use it , as mentioned on the site, but can say Netgear will not support/warranty any camera used with third party devices.

If you decide to use it, I would say just make sure there is no chance for water intrusion into the camera port ( that can fry the port )
