Installed a 2 camera system in our house in Kansas in July of this year. I monitor the cameras from our apartment in New York City. One camera works perfectly all the time. The second camera only works normally some of the time. Periodically the 2nd camera will start sending pixelated images and eventually goes off line. After some amount of time the camera returns working normally. The cycle continues to repeat. Note that both cameras have AC adapters plugged in at all times.

It sounds like that camera has a weak or poor WiFi connection to the base. Changing the location of the base or camera would be needed to rectify this.
