One of my brand new Arlo pro 2 camera doesn't register motion, there others work just fine. I have unplugged the battery and re-synced with base station. The motion test doesn't work in the app, or rather the led light doesn't blink. Is there a way to reset the camera? I should note I'm not behind glass or anything.
Also, anyone else not able to save the motion detection sensitivity in app it is that just me?

You dont save it on the motion test. You have to be in mode then hit back then save. Also make sure your camera is active not inactive.click on my devices to do this. Then click on the camera in question. It should say active

Yeah, they should not have a save button that is disabled, if you can't save it. You set it under the mode with the edit. My camera is on and motion sensing is on.
