Arlo Pro 2 camera failed and still waiting on support team

I have open at least three cases after one Arlo Pro 2 camera failed.  There is no way I can get an answer from Arlo whomever the owner is.  I understand NetGear sold it.

 

Three cases and nobody has replied.  Really bad support, not even an email from a human person to contact me back and issue an RMA.
