New Arlo app cannot be logged on at the same time, live stream is slow, doesn't detect motion

The new app is absolutely terrible. After my wife and I were FORCED to update to the new app, we both cannot be logged in at the same time, the live stream is extremely slow, and sometimes the app doesn’t even pick up a human being at my front door. I had a squirrel on my porch which triggered but 2 solicitors on my front porch went unnoticed. Not to mention it sometimes takes minutes to load once a recording is made. I’m so frustrated with this new app. How can we go back to the old one that worked fine?

You can't go back to the older app, it was required due to split from Netgear to just Arlo
As to both logging in, this was always the case that two logins by the same email/pw would always bump off the other device.
Look into Grant Access, it allows both to be on at same time ( one primary account and the secondary gets 95% control of system ( which allows all needed really ))
