Arlo Pro 2 battery charging station

When I insert a battery in either side of the charging station there is no amber or green light displayed.  When I insert a different battery, I get amber indicator light on both sides.  Does this indicate that the first battery is totally dead?

Maybe... try and insert same a few times to see if it comes back. It may have been drained to low to start charge.

It need a min charge in the battery to properly start.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Plugging in the camera and loading the fully discharged battery and waiting for a long period of time worked!  It just took a long time.

Good to hear...

try not to allow the battery to go below 10%....usu I get an alert at about 12-14% left.
