Was trying to set up rules under Armed for my base station. Only 3 out of the 5 cameras show up to edit rules. How do I get the other cameras to show up so I can add rules?

All 5 were previously listed but for some reason only 3 are now showing. 4 cameras are Pro 2, and 1 is Ultra. The Ultra wont even allow me to select record video under the triggers....just record audio?

How do I get all my cameras to show up under rules? 

All the cameras are showing up as devices under the hub

Have you tried to remove & re-install the app and reboot the base station? Do you know which version of the app you are using?

I did restart the Hub and nothing changed. I have to do all my troubleshooting as cameras are several thousand miles away.

The app I have is Version 2.12.5_8 released 3/9 2020

I made an error in my original post, thought I had purchased an ultra but in fact was a Pro 3 model.

Although all of the cameras are shown linked to my hub, one of the older Pro 2 still wont let me set rules....it doesn't show up under armed mode.

I do understand why the Pro 3 wont record as I now understand I need a subscription...it wont let me select that camera online to purchase a subscription so not sure how I get one? I am trying to find the receipt as I understand there was a free year included....bought camera at Best Buy here in canada
