It says on the website that Arlo pro 2 can only have 24/7 recording inside the home.  If you buy the Arlo outdoor power adaptor (VMA4700), will you be able to have 24/7 recording outside?

Yes if you use the outdoor power supply. The solar panel is not sufficient.

Arlo Pro II can be continuously powered indoors using the supplied indoor power adapter.  At this time we do not support continuous outdoor use with an outdoor power adapter.
