Arlo Pro 2 always says poor wifi signal

Yes that indicator shows good strength, question is then what is the issue with the positioning indicator? Bear in mind i paid $1600, having someone say ignore it does not seem right to me

So after all the back and forth with support and having the base replaced, I think it really is a fault with the application itself or something. Switching out the base didn't really do much except put me $16 in the hole. Kinda sad that a feature that is supposed to help you setup the cameras doesn't work. I have tried completely uninstalling the app and clearing the cache before reinstalling it with no luck either so it's not the phone. Guess that is just something I'll have to live with. Thanks for the help all!
