Arlo Pro 2 Zone Problem - Creating more than 2 stop recordings

I've noticed after significant testing that my new Arlo Pro 2 camera system has a bug in the Zones area. I should mention that I am on an Arlo Smart Premier subscription. Everything works fine with one zone created, and even 2. But as soon as you create a 3rd zone, there will be no recording from that camera.

 

What's really odd is that I still get Notifications on my ios, but nothing records. As soon as I delete that third zone, everything seems to work fine.

 

I assume this a software bug that everyone's having? Is Arlo working on it? How will we know if or when it IS working? I would really like to have that 3rd zone, since we can't make shaped zones like the Ultra... which would be great and completely solve the problem....
