Arlo Pro 2 Sync Stopped Working

Hi
I have 3x Arlo Pro 2 cameras connected to an Arlo VMB4500 base station.
They have all been working fine for about 22 months but recently my wife has lost her connection to the cameras on her iPhone 13 and I am unable to sync them as the sync buttons don't appear to be working (no blue flashing light on any of the 3 cameras when I push sync but they do flash when I remove & replace the batteries).
All 3 cameras & base station appear on my iPhone and I am able to interact with them as normal so it's not a battery issue.
Does anyone have any ideas to resolve?

If your partner is using a granted user account you may need to delete her granted access and re-invite her.
The equipment can only be owned and controlled by one account, you are able to login on multiple devices but only one at a time is allowed. I.e. a granted account has limited permissions.
