I bought the cam adding it to my existing Homebase VMB3010r2. In the description of the cam it is pretty clear stated there is a siren in. But now I realized, it is wrong, misleading. The sirene is in the latest Homebase version only and you cannot use the cam for this purpose at all. Why is it advertised like this?

Can't see your pics til a moderator authorizes them but I thought it was quick clear the siren is in the Pro and Pro 2 base station

nope, it is not clear. The feature sheet of the cam contains the information about the siren. Event worse, the picture of the cam is shown on that sheet, not that from the base station which gives the impression the feature is within the cam. It would also make sense to have that feature in the cam of course. I want to have the alarm active already outside of my flat. If the burglar is inside, it is already too late.
