I have two of the Arlo Pro 2 cameras located inside looking outside onto my circle driveway in front of my house. I am not getting any notices of movement from these two cameras. I have tested the lack of movement by driving right by the windows were these cameras are located and I don't get any reaction from them. What is wrong?

What's wrong is that they are looking through glass. Most of the Arlo cameras use PIR sensors which require IR changes to be able to detect. Glass blocks the needed IR so no detection is possible. You need to mount them outdoors.
The Arlo Q cameras use pixel detecion so work through glass.
