Two cameras are set to record 30 seconds but they record either a blink (less than a second) or a second.
Can watch all camera live but they won't record longer than one second.
Connection shows as Linked to Base Station
Motion detection test passes
Motion alerts are received immediately by cell phone but video doesn't appear in the app for a few hours, and then only one second or less.
System is armed from 9 am to 5 pm
Video Quality and Battery Usage is set to Best Video

After over an hour on the phone with tech support including a hard reset, they're sending me a new base station.

I think your base station might need to do a firmware update. Try power cycling it to see if it updates overnight. Then see what it does for recording
